Just Login to your account Danny, then use the UPGRADE link to view the training videos.
If you’d like a reminder of your username for logging in, let me or Gill know.

Hi I’m very interested in your tutorials, but I have a few of questions.

I’m trying to decide between the subscription and the DVDs. It seems like you have a large library of tutorials now, how often do you add new ones? I would like to be able to watch the tutorials on several computers/devices (phone, ranch office, home computer, laptop), is that possible with one subscription login or is it locked in on one url?

Thanks for your interest in our training videos, Lynette.

If you have a reasonable internet connection, we strongly recommend you opt for the online tutorials, rather than DVD. There are five main reasons for this:

Watch on multiple devices in different locations (with one limitation which I will explain below).
Immediate access new tutorials. (Rather than wait until a new tutorials DVD comes out).
If you’re not sure about some aspect of training your dog, we welcome questions and comments on the tutorial pages, and if you ask about a topic which is not covered, we’ll endeavour to include it in future tutorials or updates.
Immediate access to updated tutorials (with DVDs you would need to buy the disc again).
      5. ECONOMY:
Unless you subscribe for a very long time, watching online is much more cost-effective.

Of course, we need to protect our tutorials (we have to live) so while there’s no limit on the number of devices you can watch with, there is a limit on the number of IP Addresses you can login from during one day. This only affects mobiles and tablets because they use a different IP address every time you login. It very rarely causes a problem, but if you do find you’re locked out, simply wait for an hour and then login again. If you still have problems with it, please let us know and we’ll try to help.

If you’re not sure whether your internet connection is good enough, watch the Preview. It’s codec and format are identical to the tutorials, so if the Preview plays well, they will too. (If you experience buffering, choose “SD” screen quality).

Whilst we are working on new tutorials at the moment, with a total of seventy to choose from, we’re not intending to increase the number greatly in future. What we’re working on is improving quality, clarity, presentation and accessibility. (Making it easier to find the tutorial you need).

Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
