More Videos to Come!
We uploaded our first online tutorial video in November 2012 and at the time of writing this, there were 77 different herding sheepdog videos in the tutorials library. We have plans to add more tutorials in future months and we welcome suggestions for topics. As a Full Member, we’ll let you know as soon as any new videos are online.
How to CANCEL PAYMENTS
TO CANCEL YOUR PAYMENTS, you must FIRST LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
This enables our system to know whose account to cancel! Once you have logged-in, payments can be cancelled at any time using the ‘Cancel: PAYMENT’ link at the top of the welcome page. (Where you land when you login).
We hope you won’t unsubscribe from your training videos membership plan, but if you do, you can continue to watch the tutorials until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Then we’ll add you to our Free Subscriber list and let you know whenever a new or upgraded video is posted. You can re-subscribe at any time.
As a Free Subscriber you will not have access to the video tutorials until you reinstate your membership. Get free membership here.
The ‘Small Print’
*We do not give subscription refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you cancel your monthly or annual subscription, your membership will remain valid for the rest of the period you have already paid for. No further payments will be taken from your account unless you re-subscribe.
When the period you have subscribed for ends, your membership becomes ‘standard’ and you no longer have access to the videos, but you’ll be kept informed of developments, on The Working Sheepdog Website.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions and / or membership for any reason. If we do this, the unused portion of the sheepdog training videos membership plan payment used (depending on the time remaining in the monthly or annual period) will be refunded to the original purchaser.
We also reserve the right to change our prices and terms at any time but changes will only affect new members so if you cancel your current membership you may have to pay a higher subscription if you rejoin.
To unsubscribe from emails
Most of our emails have an option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email, but in case they don’t, please reply to the email with Unsubscribe in the subject line. We will then delete that email address from our mailing list.
